IMPLAHOLD Tablets
IMPLAHOLD Tablets are indicated for the management of recurrent implantation failure and recurrent pregnancy loss. In reproductive immunology, it is utilized to help maintain maternal immune tolerance to fetal antigens and decrease proinflammatory cells during early pregnancy, thereby reducing the risk of unexplained pregnancy loss and improving overall clinical pregnancy rates.

Tacrolimus is a calcineurin inhibitor. It acts by inhibiting the production and release of interleukin-2 and other pro-inflammatory cytokines, thereby preventing the activation and proliferation of T-lymphocytes, which are crucial for the immune response and organ rejection.
